DRA acknowledges the pandemic

With the continued spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to advise you on DRA Global’s response to the pandemic and offer any possible assistance to you and your team. We have built strong and meaningful relationships with our clients over the years. During this time of global uncertainty, we’re just as much your partner now as before and we will do our best to navigate the risks that COVID-19 poses to you, your people and your organisation.

Health & Safety is paramount, and DRA has measures in place

People are at the heart of our industry and the health and safety of our employees and those of our clients has always been a key concern. We are monitoring the situation daily to share insights with our employees and clients across the globe.  DRA has established a COVID-19 taskforce that is meeting regularly to review the latest data and act accordingly to ensure that we follow international best practices in response of this pandemic.

We have procedures in place to move quickly to isolate anyone who may require medical treatment or testing. We are also working hard to implement plans and procedures that keep our entire workforce operating safely through this uncertain period.

Resilience of the business to support our clients

DRA Global has prescribed the use of technologies to manage international meetings across our offices as well as with our clients.  We are committed to a flexible work environment and we have the technology, infrastructure and systems to support continuity of service to you.

Our teams are continuing to work diligently on projects and studies with the goal of meeting current deadlines and schedules. Please be assured that supporting your business is our priority.  Where there is risk of disruption DRA will identify those and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcome.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our people, clients and visitors to our offices is our upmost priority. With the continued spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), DRA Global has implemented the following protocol across the global business, including all subsidiary offices effective from 16 March 2020, until further notice.

  • We ask that you do not attend any such meetings if you have been to, or knowingly been in contact with, anyone who has been in mainland China, Italy, the North Gyeongsang province (Daegu city and Cheongdo county) and Gyeongsan city in South Korea, Iran or Hokkaido, Japan in the past 14 days, or if you feel unwell.
  • We are happy to discuss with you an alternative method of meeting.

Sites and remote locations:

  • Please contact the relevant Project manager to obtain the project and site-specific protocols prior to attending any meeting/visiting of sites.

If you experience the relevant symptom after attending an event at one of our offices or after having met with any of our people, please email so that we can manage communications with our own people and fellow attendees.
