DRA Global is pleased to announce the following appointments that were confirmed by the Board on 27 July:

• James Smith, DRA Global's Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed to the Board as Managing Director.
• Sandra Bell has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Sandra has also been appointed as a member of the Board's Audit and Risk Committee, Nominations and Governance Committee and People, Culture and Remuneration Committee. A period of handover has commenced for Sandra to take on the role of Chair for the Audit and Risk Committee from acting Chair Johnny Velloza.
