DRA Pacific’s engineering design scope for the Dugald River Project implementation, follows on from several optimization study exercises carried out by DRA Pacific, to achieve capital and operating cost savings on the project for MMG prior to the final investment decision.

Process Plant Design /

Completion of the Engineering Design (all disciplines) for the processing facility including:

  • Primary crushing, stockpile and reclaim;
  • Milling and classification;
  • Flotation and regrind;
  • Concentrate thickening, filtration, storage and handling;
  • Tailings disposal and decant water recovery systems;
  • Tailings storage facility;
  • Reagents mixing and storage; and
  • Air and water services

Non-Process Infrastructure /

Provision of Engineering Services associated with the design, specification and procurement of the following non-process infrastructure components of the project:

  • Paste fill preparation;
  • Power distribution systems;
  • Communication networks and control system;
  • Non mining infrastructure including fuel storage workshops, warehouse, offices and permanent village;
  • Procurement support; and
  • Commissioning support
