DRA Global advises that the Supreme Court of Western Australia has granted supplementary orders, including approval to convene the Scheme Meeting on 23 September 2025 and dispatch of the Supplementary Scheme Booklet.
The revised Scheme timetable outlines key dates through to implementation on 20 October 2025.
